New attempt at Swallowtail's ToT challenge.
After being totally lost on my second attempt at the challenge, not knowing who was who and confusing who came from where, I decided to start over in a new hood. I hope I keep better track of my simmies this time and keep better records.
The hood this time is called Tiempo Pasa, which is Spanish for Time Passes. Original, right? I was actually watching the news and the weather report section had just started and "Tiempo" is also used here for asking/ telling about the weather.
I decided to keep some of the tweaked rules from my second attempt, but mostly everything else are the rules found here,
